Our Team.

Kate, Sonja, and Sarah co-founded NourishED International (NEDI) in the summer of 2025. What started as an idea based on conversations with colleagues globally then moved to a collaboration/partnership discussion and the launch of NEDI - a new initiative aimed at truly supporting and lifting up colleagues in IE careers - only 5 short weeks later. It’s been a whirlwind to say the least, and so much fun and joy to bring our passion for a “what-if?” idea to life. ​

 

In addition to NEDI, we each continue to offer other services and hold roles outside of NEDI both independently and collaboratively. Please click on our pictures below to view our other work.
