At NEDI we are focussed on supporting individuals working in the international education sector in their careers and career related matters. Whether you are newly entering the field, mid-career, or retiring - we provide services that we hope resonate.

Our intention is to primarily fund our services through grants, partnerships, and sponsorships and to keep the cost to the end user relatively low. We are also committed to breaking the cycle of free labour, and what we mean by this is ensuring those that provide their intellectual property, time and resources are fairly and equitably remunerated.

Our values at NEDI include a focus on knowledge sharing, knowledge generation, and fairly valuing knowledge production and contributions. Finding relevant IE career related resources can be difficult and time consuming. We consolidate and lift up existing resources, partnering with those offering complimentary knowledge production, and creating new knowledge that matters.

NEDI Career Matters

At NEDI we focus on collaboration and not replicating what is already available to support your IE career and career matters. We will build upon and increase access to existing resources as well as develop complimentary training, career advising, coaching, and other career supports.
