At NEDI we are focussed on supporting individuals working in the international education sector in their careers and career related matters. Whether you are newly entering the field, mid-career, or retiring - we provide services that we hope resonate.

Each of our service areas are developed with our NEDI Values top of mind. These include: Integrity & Trust | Inclusive & Accessible | Continuous Learning & Sharing | Purposeful & Grounded | Autonomy & Confidence.

Our intention is to primarily fund our services through grants, partnerships, and sponsorships and to keep the cost to the end user relatively low. We are also committed to breaking the cycle of free labour, and what we mean by this is ensuring those that provide their intellectual property, time and resources are fairly and equitably remunerated.

NEDI Community Matters

At the core of NEDI is our vision, which focuses on building an inclusive, nourishing, and sustainable community of practice. We are creating spaces for support, sharing, and growth.

Our NEDI LinkedIn Group is an open-access platform for sharing and community building.
We host NEDI Community e-gatherings and will host in-person gatherings when possible, usually in coordination with sector events.

NEDI Knowledge Matters

Our values at NEDI include a focus on knowledge sharing, knowledge generation, and fairly valuing knowledge production and contributions. We know finding relevant IE career related resources can be difficult and time consuming. We want to help consolidate and lift up existing resources, partner with those offering complimentary knowledge production, and create new knowledge sharing that matters.

NEDI Career Matters

At NEDI we are focussed on collaboration and not replicating what is already available to support your IE career and career matters. We will build upon and increase access to existing resources as well as develop complimentary training, mentoring, coaching, and other career supports.
